Operator’s Manual - CR 28 BOOST

SIDE SKIRT CHECK AND REPLACEMENT

Check

Drive the machine on a level ﬂ oor.1.

Turn the ignition key (41) to “0”.2.

On both sides of the machine, lift and remove the side skirt assembly (A) from the holders (B).3.

Wash and clean the side skirts.4.

Check that the side skirt lower edge (C):5.

Lays down on the same level, along all its length•

Is integral and free from cuts and lacerations•

Has the inner corner that is not worn•

Otherwise replace the skirt as shown below.

Replacement

Remove the screws (D), then remove the retaining strip (E).6.

Remove the skirt blade (F) and replace it.7.

Assembly

Assemble the blades (F) and the skirt assembly (A) in the reverse order of removal.8.

Adjustment

Lower Boost head and turn off the ignition key.9.

Release the clamp (G) and press down on the assembly so the inner blade contacts the ﬂ oor.10.

While holding the inner blade against the ﬂ oor, return the clamp (G) to the locked position.11.
